Sev mithai





SEV MITHAI RECIPE
 
Sev mithai is not so much new dish it is also known as sev barfi or shingar ji mithai(in sindhi) It is very popular in sindhis but still many people are unaware about it

350gms……………..mawa(not sweetened)
300gms……………..sev(unsalted)
300gms……………..milk
300gms……………..sugar
Illaichi pwd



Boil milk and Add crumbled mawa.
Add sugar n illaichi as soon as the mawa dissolves then add sev.




Immediately transfer into a greased tray but not to worry soon the sev will absorb all the liquid.


Let set for a while n then cut into pieces.
